Targeted Photobiomodulation for Cold Sores, Canker Sores and Oral Comfort

The 660nm + 850nm Portable Oral Light Therapy Device combines visible red light and invisible near-infrared light in one compact, rechargeable system.

Designed for targeted care around the lips and mouth, the device can be incorporated into a supportive routine for cold sores, canker sores, mild oral ulcers, gum discomfort and tissue recovery following dental procedures. Its detachable light-guide column and 360° rotatable treatment head allow users to position the light over small, difficult-to-reach areas with greater precision.

Three working modes—continuous, pulsed and gradual intensity—provide flexible operation for different care needs. The rechargeable 2200mAh battery, charging dock and portable design make the device suitable for regular use at home or while travelling.

Dual-Wavelength Photobiomodulation Technology

  • 660nm Red Light for Surface-Level Care

The visible 660nm red light is designed to act primarily on the surface and upper tissue layers around the lips, gums and oral area.

    It is intended to support:
    Surface tissue recovery
    Cellular activity and regeneration
    Collagen-related tissue maintenance
Relief of local redness and discomfort
Recovery of irritated or damaged-looking tissue
Local care for cold sores, canker sores and minor mouth sores

  • 850nm Near-Infrared Light for Deeper Support

The invisible 850nm near-infrared light is designed to penetrate more deeply than visible red light.

    It is intended to support:
    Supporting cellular energy production
Promoting local circulation and oxygen delivery
    Supporting deeper tissue recovery
Helping manage local soreness and inflammation
Complementing the surface-level effects of 660nm red light

Intended Applications and Conditions

Cold sores are usually associated with oral herpes caused by HSV-1 and commonly appear as blisters or sores on or around the lips. They are different from canker sores and can be contagious.

Canker sores, also called aphthous ulcers, are painful open sores that occur inside the mouth. They are not the same as cold sores and are not typically caused by the herpes virus.

Mouth ulcers can have many different causes, so persistent or unusual sores should not automatically be assumed to be simple canker sores.

Dry or cracked lip areas
Corners of the mouth
Minor surface irritation
Small areas of redness
Localized tissue discomfort
Oral Mucositis Support
